No. It's polished steel with no sharp edges on the contact surfaces.

The plate, bowl, cup and mug are brushed satin, which hides marks well - that's why they're finished that way. The cutlery is mirror-polished and will show fingerprints; a dry cloth clears it.

No - it's double-walled, not vacuum sealed. The outer wall stays cool to hold. We're not going to claim a number of hours we can't stand behind.

1-3 business days to dispatch. After that, most Australian orders arrive within 6-14 days and most United States orders within 6-10 days. Tracked throughout.
